Each Referee Management Site provides small, colored symbols that signal when you can perform a particular task or action or that a particular action has taken place.

The symbols usually appear next to the data element that they apply to and you can often click on them to immediately perform a task or action!

The following table describes many symbols currently used on RidgeStar Sites:

	Accept	Permits a Referee to Accept an Assignment during Confirmation processing
	Add	Indicates a desire to add a new entry to a table (such as adding a new Match)
	Agreement	Identifies consent to a Usage Agreement
	Calendar	Identifies a calendar type element
	Clinic	Is associated with a training session
	Contract	Reduces a list to the current setting or value (opposite of Expand)
	Delete	Deletes an element, such as a Notice, from the database
	Download	Initiates a File Download operation (typically in .CSV file format)
	Drive	Provides driving directions from your Address to a specific Location
	Edit	Edit or modify a contextual element
	Email	Opens an Email message to a User (if your computer is properly equipped)
	Expand	Expands a list to display extended results or possibilities (opposite of Contract)
	Forum	Identifies a Forum element
	Going	A Hyperlink that (if clicked) will cause the Browser to leave the current Site
	Help	Provides additional information on a topic
	Hide	Changes a displayed column to a hidden state
	List	Requests a listing of entries from a database table
	Mail	Is usually associated with a Mail item
	Map	Provides a map of the vicinity around a Location
	More	Transfers your browser to a page that contains more information on a topic
	News	Identifies an Event that represents a current News type element
	Next	Moves the Results List to the next set of Records

	No	Signals that a Referee has Rejected or Turned Back an Assignment
	Notes	Notes Provides comments on the displayed element
	Ok	An Assignment that has been assigned and accepted
	Open	Identifies an Open or Available Assignment
	PasswordReset	Reset a specific User's password and send them an email containing the new, randomly generated value
	PDF	Opens or creates a document in Adobe Acrobat Reader format
	Phone	Is associated with a voice telephone number
	Preview	Produces an example result made up of the current object's elements
	Printable	Produces a page in a format that is printer friendly
	Prior	Moves the Results List to the prior set of Records
	Referee	Identifying or associated with a Referee characteristic, positions, or responsibility
	Refresh	Causes the system to completely reset and rebuild the current objects or page
	Reject	Provides a mechanism for a Referee to Reject an Assignment
	Reset	Resets the criteria arguments to their default values
	ResetDefault	Resets the criteria arguments to their Site default values
	ResetDelete	Deletes the Criteria you have previously saved
	Save	Save the current Criteria as the default for the User
	SaveDefault	Save the current Criteria as the default for the Site
	SelfAssign	Allows a Referee to request SelfAssign for a specific Assignment
	Services	Associated with an object or element available to all Site users
	Shortcut	Identifies applicable Shortcuts available to the User
	Show	Changes a hidden column to a visible column in a Results List
	SSL	Marks a communication that has occurred conforming to standard SSL protocols
	Team	Associated with a set of Players participating on the Field together
	Text	Identifies or requests a Text element
	Training	Associated with a education opportunity (usually for Referee licensing purposes)
	Turnback	Allows a Referee to initiate Turnback for an Assignment
	Unconfirmed	Signals that a Referee has not yet responded to an Assignment (Reject, Accept)
	Update	Request an Update action to one or more data elements
	Web	Associated with a resource on the Internet's World Wide Web
	WhatsNew	Identifies an Event that will be listed in a What's New area on a page
	WOA	Washington Official Association
	Word	Opens or loads a Microsoft Word based document
