We refer to each Page* within a Referee Management Site* by using a unique Page Name, in the following general format:

Segment[: Area[-SubArea]]

where:

Segment
is the word that identifies the Site Segment* that the page belongs to. It is followed by a colon if there is an Area value
Area
identifies the main part of the Segment associated with the page. It is followed by a dash or minus sign if there is a SubArea value
SubArea
identifies the secondary part of the Area within the Segment

For example, this page is in the Segment named "Documentation"; the Area is named "Construction"; and the SubArea is named "Page Names". Thus, its unique Page Name is
